Reservations & Payment
By confirming a reservation, you authorize FDJ Luxury Rides LLC to charge the credit or debit card provided.
- A pre-authorization may be placed at the time of booking.
- The full fare is charged 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.
- Final charges may be adjusted for additional time, distance, tolls, parking, wait time, or additional stops requested during the trip.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Gratuity is not included and is always optional.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within the following timeframes will incur the following charges:
- Within 24 hours of pickup: 50% of the reservation total
- Within 2 hours of pickup or no-show: 100% of the reservation total
Wait Time Policy
A complimentary grace period is included with every reservation.
- 15 minutes for standard pickups (home, hotel, restaurant, etc.)
- 30 minutes for domestic flight arrivals
- 60 minutes for international flight arrivals
Additional wait time may be charged after the grace period.
For airport pickups, wait time begins once the flight has landed to allow time for deplaning and baggage claim.
Airport Pickups
Passengers must provide accurate flight information when booking airport transportation.
FDJ Luxury Rides monitors incoming flights when flight details are provided and will adjust pickup timing when possible.
If flight information is not provided or is incorrect, additional wait time charges may apply.
Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Rules
To maintain a safe and professional environment:
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any vehicle.
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
- Alcohol is not permitted unless specifically approved for certain pre-arranged events.
- Passengers must behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and vehicle.
FDJ Luxury Rides reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if passenger behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.
Vehicle Care & Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for any excessive cleaning or damage caused during the trip.
- A minimum $150 cleaning fee may apply for spills, vomiting, smoke odor, or other mess requiring professional cleaning.
- Repair costs for any vehicle damage will be charged to the payment method on file.
Passengers are also responsible for their personal belongings. FDJ Luxury Rides is not responsible for items left behind in vehicles.
Vehicle Capacity & Safety
Each vehicle has a maximum seating capacity that cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance compliance.
Every passenger, including children and infants, counts toward the vehicle’s seating capacity.
Car seats may be available upon request for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
Right to Refuse Service
FDJ Luxury Rides reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger violates these terms or creates an unsafe situation.
